ILSEON-RYU	6cd263f1f4	requirements.txt 실제 의존성과 일치하도록 정리 ... - streamlit / urllib3 추가: 코드에서 import 하지만 누락돼있어 새 환경에서 서버 기동 자체가 실패하던 원인. - ccxt / dash 제거: 어디에서도 import 되지 않음 (잔재). - python-dotenv 버전 핀 추가, 파일 끝 개행 정리.
